From 2010 to the present, Transitional Zone Inc. has promoted an initiative to help parents in providing guidance and tutoring for their children in an afterschool atmosphere. This non-profit organization offers transportation, tutoring, homework help and caring adults to enhance its mission.
To empower individuals and families to lead productive lives in their community.
The Transitional Zone Inc. program has experienced remarkable success serving the community’s at-risk youth. Since its opening in 2010, the program has grown to serve 500 participants yearly, with approximately 48 children and family members attending each day.
